In order to know the present level of health & fitness, one has to go through a Basic Fitness Assessment program. These assessments help to measure the strengths and weaknesses of the trainee to produce an individualized training and nutrition program. Then his/her progress is checked through periodic reassessments till he/she reaches the optimal level of Health & Fitness.
The Basic Fitness Assessments are very essential for every individual who is willing to start a physical training program for his/her specific fitness goal. The goal could be:

These exclusive assessments are conducted by one of the most renowned sports medicine specialists, Dr Saranjeet Singh (profile on the next page) at his clinic under the banner of BODYLINE (A Scientific Approach to Fitness). The assessments are done by high class imported equipments.
The Assessments take about one and a half hour to be completed, fixed by an appointment.
After the assessments a hard copy of individualized Training and Nutrition program is provided to the trainee. A soft copy of these program will also be given for further online support.
The introductory cost of these assessments is 3500/- only.
